At BrightLife Go, we make returns and exchanges easy. A Return/Exchange Form is included in every package.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns and exchanges. To request an RA#, just send us an EMAIL or call 1-877-545-8585. Remember to write the RA# on the outside of your package. This will help us expedite your return!
If you request an exchange, we will ship that to you at no charge. (US and Canadian orders only. International exchanges pay shipping.)
We will deduct a 20% restocking fee from any order that is returned without an RA# (Return Authorization Number); is returned after 30 days but before 60 days; is un-laundered, smells of smoke or perfume, or is not in the original manufacturers packaging.
Exchanges take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we've receive your package. If you need an exchange quickly because of upcoming travel or medical procedure, we recommend you place a new order by phone or on our website, and return your original order for a refund.
Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we receive your return. Orders placed on the web will receive an email refund confirmation. No notification is sent for phone order refunds. It can take your credit card company or bank 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account. We don't like it either.
How did that happen!??! We check and double check all orders before they ship, but occasionally packing mistakes do happen, we are only humans. If we shipped you the wrong item, please call us at 1-877-545-8585 or email: email@example.com. We will ship you the correct item and a postage paid label for the return of the item sent by mistake.
If a product is received damaged or defective, please call us at 1-877-545-8585 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return the item.
