Mild Compression

Mild Compression (15-20 mmHg) is great for anyone new to compression. At the end of the day, do you notice your feet and legs hurt? Some swelling in your ankles? Maybe you've noticed some spider veins forming in your calves? Mild compression improves circulation in the legs, providing relief from minor to moderate swelling, tired aching legs, and spider and varicose veins. Great for:

  • • Anyone who sits or stands for long periods of time
  • • Tired, aching legs
  • • Minor swelling in ankles and lower legs
  • • Travel in tight quarters – planes, trains & automobiles
  • • Prevention or management of DVT

Moderate Compression Moderate Compression (20-30 mmHg) is used for athletic performance and often physician recommended to treat minor medical conditions. Moderate compression socks and stockings provide relief from moderate to severe varicose veins, moderate to severe swelling, edema, lymphedema, venous insufficiency, and superficial thrombophlebitis. This hosiery is often prescribed after sclerotherapy treatment and to prevent venous stasis ulcers. Also, the recommended compression level for Dysautonomia and POTS.
