    “If you're not fast you might as well be stylish,” one of my family friends tells a stranger as he stops to ask us about our socks. We were standing in the metro sweaty and heading back home after a five mile run through DC. I mean we charged it like Bunker Hill flying past the men and women heading home from work.     Workout Basics

    It is important to stretch before working out, so make sure to bring your Yoga mat! This helps to reduce the risk of injury.
